Technical surf coaching
Our goal with the Technical Surf Coaching program is to provide you with the right tools to make your surfing better. Regardless if you are a beginner looking to catch your first wave or an intermediate surfer looking to take it to the next level we can definitely assist you both.
Not to mention we are located in one of the best surf spots in the world: Nosara, Costa Rica. Known for its friendly waves and warm water but also for being super consistent. (Yes, we get waves 365 days a year).

What’s included in a Full Day of Coaching
- Transportation to the beach (If needed)
- Surfboard (If needed)
- A morning 1.5-hour surf lesson with a coach
and a videographer on the beach. - Theory class after the morning session.
- An afternoon 1.5-hour surf lesson with a coach.

A FULL DAY LOOKS
LIKE THIS
STEP 1
First we do some briefing on the beach to see what it is you have to work on and make a plan based on that. Followed by a surf lesson with a coach by your side and a videographer on the beach getting footage of every wave you catch during the session.
* This can be a white water session or an out the back session depending on the clients level and/or goal.
STEP 2
After our surf coaching session we will meet you for an afternoon theory class.
Here, we will go over your footage to see what your strengths & weaknesses are and identify what you need to work on. (eg. stance, arm placement, board controls, angle takeoff, cutbacks, etc)
* We will of course learn all about the theoretical aspects of surfing!
STEP 3
Now it’s time for our afternoon surf session. This is where you put into practice all the things we went through in the theory class. Normally, we will give you a specific drill to practice in the water in order to achieve the goal that we as a team agreed on.

We also offer private, semi-private or group surf lessons for beginners and/or intermediate surfers.
What’s Included in our Surf Lesson
All our surf lessons have a duration of 1.5 hours. The price includes the right surfboard either a softop or a hard board depending on your surfing skills, a rashguard to make your experience more comfortable and we also include coconut water after our surf lesson to keep you hydrated at all times!
We can also include a photographer if you want to capture that moment riding your first wave during your first surf lesson!
